EasySecure International is a specialist in access control, time registration, presence registration, and visitor registration. With this integration and the right hardware, you can automate access and offer contactless access to your park, accommodations, or other facilities, such as the swimming pool.

How to install the app?
Once logged into your Booking Experts PMS, go to the App Store in the light green menu bar. To do this, click on the market stall icon. Type 'EasySecure' in the search bar and click on the appropriate result. You are now on the app's detail page. Click the green '+Install' button to install the app. In the next screen, you can see exactly what information is read and sent by EasySecure. At the bottom of this page, you will link your administrations. Check the 'Access' box for each administration for which you want to apply EasySecure. Then click 'Install' to authorise the app and complete the installation.
EasySecure will receive a notification that you have installed the app, and will contact you to finalise the integration.
Complete the settings
To further set up this integration, you will work together with EasySecure. There are no further actions that you can perform yourself on the detail page of the EasySecure app.
EasySecure will ask you for your park ID. This administration ID number can be found, among other places, via the EasySecure app in the App Store. Click ‘settings’ below the logo, and you can see which administrations you have linked to this app. The number before the administration name is the requested ID.
EasySecure email to guests
When installing the app, you give EasySecure permission to retrieve certain information about your reservations. This information is used to timely send your guests an email regarding their access via facial recognition. In the administration settings in your PMS, under ‘Templates’, there’s an application message template for EasySecure. This is the email used to ask your guests to take a photo of themselves for facial recognition. You can adjust the content of the email yourself!
Please note: after installation, this message template will be immediately active, and will therefore start emailing guests to take/upload a photo. If you do not want this, deactivate the application message template immediately after installation.
Good to know about the EasySecure email to your guests:
The tag {{ picture_registration_url | link_to: picture_registration_url }} is the link to EasySecure's software.
The email is sent to the guest 7 days before arrival.
If you want to send the email a second time, you must do this through EasySecure's software.
If there is a change in the reservation, such as the number of people, EasySecure will automatically send the email again to reflect the new information.
