Adding widgets to the guest portal
In the Guest portal, you can offer your guests various options or functions through widgets. There are some standard widgets, and you can easily create widgets yourself. Guest technology app services may also be offered via such a widget.
Go to 'Portal settings' in your organization settings, and look at the 'Guest portal' tab. In the 'Widgets' section, click 'New' to add widgets.
What is a widget
Basically, a widget is a block of text with a title and a button with a link. For example, you can link to a restaurant webpage, or to a bicycle rental site. Use your own webpages, or link to external websites.
When creating a new widget, you have the choice to make it available for all administrations in your organization, or for one specific administration.
Standard widgets IBAN number and License plate
A standard widget that is always in the guest portal and cannot be removed, is the request to fill in the IBAN number. This is used for a possible SEPA authorization form or refunds to the guest, such as a security deposit. This widget can be combined with the template 'Request to fill in IBAN number', which reminds guests by email.

If you work with the license plate module, the guest portal also has a widget where guests can enter their license plate numbers. This is shown up until the moment of check-in, because it is assumed that after check-in, vehicle access is sorted. This widget can be combined with the template 'request to fill in license plate numbers'.

App integrations in guest portal widgets
Certain app integrations available in the App Store include their own widget in the guest portal. These are guest technology apps such as Recreatheek or LeisureKing.
You can also create a widget yourself with a link that allows your guests to download a specific app, such as Wait, Great Stay or Camping Comfort. Your guests can then use the services of this integration in that way.
