Six new apps, CloudPass for owners, personalized CAT access cards, and special periods in BigQuery.

New: Goboony and Glampingtips.nl integrations via Qenner

Two new apps have become available for the Benelux market through channel manager Qenner. Goboony as an OTA specializing in campervan travel, and Glampingtips.nl as an affiliate for unique accommodations or luxury glamping.

New: Benelux booking platform Valoma

Valoma is a specialized platform where guests search for and book holiday homes, chalets and lodges at holiday parks. For owners and managers of holiday parks in the Netherlands who want to increase occupancy — in high season, but especially in the shoulder seasons too.

New: Campmap digital park maps

Campmap facilitates digital campsite or holiday park maps featuring search, navigation, and direct booking options. Guests can select available spots on an interactive map and jump directly to the Booking Experts checkout. The app is available globally.

New: Recras for activity and stay packages

Connect Recras to BEX PMS to allow guests to seamlessly reserve activities, packages, food, drinks, and experiences alongside their stay. Guest data transfers automatically into Recras, where activity management and payments take place; while the guest’s accommodation is entirely managed in Booking Experts.

New: DATEV Connector for cloud

The DATEV Connector integration automatically creates DATEV import files for bookings and PDF receipts. With a single click, data is exported from Booking Experts and converted into DATEV files or transferred directly to DATEV Cloud.

CloudPass vehicle access for owners

Owners with active agreements and registered license plates now automatically receive vehicle access in CloudPass. The system automatically maintains access duration for open-ended agreements.

Personalized CAT access cards for guests

It is now possible to generate personalized CAT access cards, for each person on a reservation guest list. Cards copy guest names, birth dates, and stay dates directly from the guest list of the booking.

BigQuery syncs special periods for reporting

Special periods and their configured date ranges now sync directly to your BigQuery data warehouse. You can now analyze seasonal performance regarding custom packages, holiday weekends, and event trends, alongside standard reservation data.

PMS Guest Portal The guest portal now displays full image galleries for reservations — Guests can now browse the complete photo carousel of their booked type directly within the guest portal. Previously, the reservation page displayed only a single photo. #37403

PMS Guest Portal Guest portal widgets now feature a modernized card layout — Reservation widgets across the guest portal now display in an updated card design. This aligns interactive widgets and status badges with the modern portal interface. #36835

New App DATEV Connector for the DACH region — This integration between Booking Experts and DATEV automatically creates DATEV import files for bookings and PDF receipts. With a single click, data is exported from Booking Experts and converted into DATEV files or transferred directly to DATEV.

• PMS Bookings Reservations now distinguish between objects and cluster accommodations — A Cluster label is now displayed for grouped accommodations across PMS reservation and booking screens. #38811

• PMS Rentables Type exports now include late checkout availability and checkout time — When exporting types, the generated spreadsheet includes two new columns. These columns indicate whether late checkout is allowed and state the configured checkout time. #34816

• PMS The Nora support chat is now available in the Spanish interface — Users working in the Spanish PMS interface can now access the Nora chat widget directly. #38837

• PMS Bookings Deleted temporary booking logs display the channel and creation date — Action logs now record the booking channel and creation date whenever a temporary booking is deleted. #38252

• PMS Setup View object-specific amenities directly from the objects index page — A new amenities column displays whether an object has specific amenities beyond its standard type amenities. Hovering over the checkmark reveals a tooltip detailing all specific amenities present. #38555

• PMS Setup Cluster show page now features improved breadcrumbs and dedicated Cluster card — Cluster overview pages display the correct breadcrumbs and highlight Clusters in navigation. Assigned objects appear in the dedicated Cluster card instead of the header. #38656

• PMS Financials The invoice items index page now includes invoice numbers in its search results — The search field on the invoice items page now matches both the item description and the associated invoice number. #36004

• PMS Owners Owner periodic invoice creation now retains active filter settings — Changing the invoice date during periodic batch creation now preserves your applied filters. This ensures all expected owner invoices process accurately without displaying empty batch errors. #38501
