What does a todo list follower do
The person added as a follower to a todo list is usually someone with BEX PMS reception rights who is responsible for distributing todos and keeping track of todo completion within the team. In short, someone in charge of daily housekeeping or maintenance operations.

Followers receive notifications when:
A new todo can be assigned,
A new todo is created by one of the executors,
Materials or timesheets are registered on a todo,
and a weekly overview of uncompleted todos.
