Add or modify terms and conditions

Terms and conditions are centrally managed at organisation level for all underlying administrations. You can create different T&Cs for various purposes.

Adding terms and conditions

Via the 'Terms and Conditions' menu, you can add multiple sets of terms and conditions. Click 'New' to add new terms and conditions. Enter the name of the terms and conditions and the text content. Click on the flags to enter translations in another language.

After saving, the terms and conditions will be displayed where applicable in the Search & Book.

To be able to add terms and conditions, you must have PMS access rights at the organization level.

Editing terms and conditions

If you want to edit the terms and conditions, click on the name of the relevant terms. Change the data and click 'Save'. If you want to delete these terms and conditions, click 'Delete' at the top right.

Terms and conditions can only be deleted if they are not linked to types.
