Pool points and budget for own use and blocked periods
Pools work by awarding points for booked days. For each pool, you can decide whether to deduct points for blocked periods or reservations made by the owner themselves.
Owner reservations and blocks can cost points
If permitted via the owner profile, an owner can block periods via the owner portal (for example, for maintenance of the object) or book the object for themselves.
Per pool, you can configure that points are deducted for blocked periods or reservations made by the owner.

The number of points deducted depends on the value (points per day) established in the pool commission agreement.
Points budget for owner
If owner reservations and blocks cost pool points, it may be desirable to set a point budget per owner; a maximum number of pool points that can be spent on personal reservations.
To set this up, edit the owner agreement of an owner to whom a pool commission agreement applies. Under the heading 'Own stay', you will see two options: 'Stay with discount' and 'Stay with pool points'. By selecting this second option, you can specify a points budget for a certain period of time, for example the current calendar year.
