Send reception messages to owners

Reception messages allow you to send an email to owners. You can, for example, notify owners that a settlement will be paid later than usual, inform them about calamities in the park or send an agreement.

You can send a message to owners via the reception messages button. This is the envelope icon in the light green menu bar of your PMS. Click on ‘+New’ to create a new message. You can also go to a specific owner via the owners module and click on the three dots next to ‘Apps’ at the top right of the owner page. Here, you choose 'Reception messages'.

Choose to which owners you want to send this message:

  • Select 'All owners with active agreements' to send a message to all owners who currently own a rentable object.

  • Select 'Specific owners' to be able to choose one or more owners by name from a drop-down list.

  • Choose 'Owners with specific labels' to send a message to owners that share all of the selected labels.

Do you want to use multiple labels to send a message to owners?

  • Select two labels for one message to send this message to owners that have both labels.

  • Send two messages with one label each to also reach the owners that have only one of the two labels. In this case, owners that have both labels may receive two messages.

Reception messages in the owner portal

You can view the messages an owner receives in the owner portal, under the tab ‘Reception messages’. Take over their role to do so. The owner can respond to a message or send one to the backoffice.
