If you want an object to no longer be available for rent, you can temporarily or permanently remove it from the listed objects.
Note that this can only be done if the object does not have any future reservations assigned to it. Move any reservations on this object, and edit the object to block it for new reservations. Blocking an object for new reservations
You can remove an object from active rent by giving the current setup an end date via the ‘setup’ tab of the object in question. Open the current setup, choose 'active until date' instead of 'active until the next setup', and enter the end date you want to use.
To make this object rentable again, create a new setup with the desired start date.
If the object is temporarily removed from active rent and the owner remains the same, it is better to use a blocked period. Blocking periods
