Giving permission for direct debit
If you pay recurring charges like service fees or utility costs to the park, it may be possible to set up direct debit for this. With direct debit, you won't have to worry about paying every recurring invoice on time.
Direct debit for owners needs to be set up by the park first. If this has been done, you’ll be able to see your options for direct debit in your owner portal.
In the 'Overview' of your owner portal, a large banner will show you your direct debit options. Choose whether you want to apply direct debit for all incoming invoices, or just invoices of a specific type.
Then, also choose which payment method you want to use to perform the first confirmation payment of 1 euro. It may be that only one payment method was made available, and you cannot choose.
This confirmation payment of 1 euro will be registered as a payment on the next invoice to be paid via direct debit; it is not an additional fee.
Revoking or editing permission for direct debit
If you want to stop the direct debit payments, or change the types of invoices to which it applies, you can do so via the owner portal.
Go the 'Info' tab, click 'Edit' for direct debit. Here you can either change the types of invoices and perform another confirmation payment, or click the red 'Disable' button to revoke permission entirely.
