Logging in to your owner portal for the first time
The park or organization where you purchased a holiday home, will send you an email inviting you to your owner portal. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder or ask for the email to be resent.
If you have not received this email, please contact the reception of the park where your holiday home is located.
The email contains a link that directs you to the owner portal to log in. Because you are doing this for the first time, you must first set a password via the 'Forgot password' functionality. The password must contain at least 6 characters.
Once the password has been set, you can log in via the same login page, using your email address and the password you just chose.
Make the login page one of your bookmarks in your browser. This way, you never have to search for your owner portal.
