Object labels
An object label can quickly highlight features or amenities of a property. Use them to filter objects in the planboard, or to create custom overviews for exports.
Object labels are for internal use only. Guests do not have the ability to view them. Consequently, object labels cannot be used in the Search & Book.
Creating a new object label
New object labels can be created via the labels submenu under the organization settings in your PMS. Here you can give the labels a name, and a colour. Similarly, you can also edit or archive existing labels.
Adding a label to an object
Open the relevant object from the objects index in the Setup module, and click on the pen icon under the name. If the object already has one or more labels, you will see them listed here; otherwise, the text 'no labels' is displayed. Add the new label by entering the name or choosing from the dropdown menu. It is possible to add multiple labels at once.
Labels for planboard filter
In your planboard, you can use the label filter to create a quick overview of objects with certain characteristics that are important to guests. Object labels that you create for this purpose could, for example, be based on location (near playground, near shower building) or amenities (disabled-friendly, renovated).

Labels for management overviews
Object labels can also be used to create custom overviews for management purposes. In the objects index you can use the two label filters to include or exclude objects from your exportable overview. Object labels that you create for this purpose could, for example, be relevant for maintenance (with sauna, with chimney) or financial management (for sale, long-term rental).
