Welcome message in Customer portal

To welcome your guests and introduce their customer portal, you can set up a welcome message that is shown to all your guests.

Go to 'Portal settings' in your organization settings, and look at the 'Customer portal' tab.

You can write a welcome message in the text field, which will be shown to your guest when they log in to their customer portal. Use the text editor buttons and variables to create a personalized message.

There are a few often-used variables available in the dropdown, but you can also manually enter the same variables that can be used in auto emails and templates.
