Getting started with the Dashboard
In BEX PMS, the dashboard provides an overview of important information of your park. The dashboard is an ideal starting point for daily operations.
Check-ins and Check-outs
The first section shows the check-ins and check-outs of today, providing a quick overview of the next arriving or leaving guests. For every check-in, valuable information such as the booking number or unfinished todos are shown. For guests that are checking out, you can easily see what their payment status is.

Bookings of the past month
This graph shows all bookings of the past month, color-coded by channel. It will show you which of your channels is doing well recently. For more statistics, go to the statistics module. Read more: Statistics module
Last actions
This part of the Dashboard shows you the most recent changes in your system, and who made them. For a more elaborate overview, click 'View all'.
Booking portal
This widget shows the six most recent bookings via your booking portal. These are potential guests, currently half-way through their booking process. Use this feature to take over a booking when guests need assistance to complete it.
Take over: Click the blue date & time link to open the guest's specific session and complete the reservation on their behalf.
Full overview: Click 'View all' to access a 30-day history of attempted bookings, including completed bookings and bookings in option. Read more: Booking portal
Guests currently present
On the bottom right of the Dashboard, very important information is shown. It is a summary of the number of guests currently present on your premises. This is vital information in case of an emergency. Click 'Night register' for more details and the possibility to print the list.
