Owner page

Go to 'Owners', and click the name of an owner to open their owner page.

Owner data

The 'Owner data' block shows owner-related data that is not part of the contact details, such as debtor code, contract settings, a license plate number, and any labels. Click the 'Edit' button to change this data, or the 'Edit owner labels' icon to specifically add or remove labels.

Contact

The owner contact contains all the expected contact details, as well as financial account information, and communication preferences. Clicking 'Edit' for the contact will take you to the edit page in the Contacts module.

Fellow guests

Here you add the people that are also staying in the object with the owner, when the owner makes a reservation for themselves.

Objects

An overview of the agreements and objects of this owner, with the most important statistics available at a glance. Use the 'Agreement status' filter at the top to show either active, future, or expired agreements of this owner.

Invoices

An overview of the most recent invoices of this owner, with easy insight into the most important info per invoice. Click the invoice number to access the individual invoice.

Draft invoices

These are the invoices that have not yet been sent to the owner. Click on the invoice number to view the details of the draft invoice. Click the 'New' button to create a one-off invoice for this owner.

Access to owner portal

Here you can find all contacts linked to this owner, with their own email address. Their status shows you whether they have access to the owner portal.

Own stays

An overview of the most recent owner reservations, along with the most important info per reservation. Click 'View all' to view older reservations by this owner as well.

Documents

Here you can add, download, and share documents related to the owner. The toggle determines whether this document is visible/accessible for the owner in their owner portal. Read more: Upload documents to an owner

Apps and more actions

At the very top of the owner page, there is an 'Apps' dropdown button and an ellipsis button for more actions.

Via the Apps dropdown, you can access owner-specific information generated by any app integrations you may have.
Via the ellipsis button, you can download a PDF address label, view or send reception messages related to this owner, or export personal data of this owner in case they have invoked their right of access under the GDPR.
