Distribution via various channels
Advertise your accommodations by using distribution channels, including OTA platforms. These channels allow you to reach guests you wouldn't reach otherwise, and receive bookings this way. Consider which partners suit your business, and contact them before installing the corresponding app via the App Store.
App Store integrations
In the BEX App Store, you'll find apps of various partners in the distribution category that can directly link to BEX PMS. Not all these distribution channels work in the same way. Some integrations can be fully managed from your PMS, while for others this information transfer is limited. Some distribution partners invoice the guest (touroperators), others only create the reservation in BEX PMS and leave the invoicing to you (resellers).
Direct integrations
For most distribution channels, you give permission for data exchange during installation of the app. This encompasses your prices, cost items, and availability, but may also include photos and descriptions of types and/or objects.
When installing a distribution app, usually a corresponding PMS channel will be automatically created. This channel will have default settings according to the requirements of the distribution partner. Editing these settings is possible.

iCal links
Some apps link through iCal. This means that your availability is synchronized between your calendar and the channel calendar. If a channel does not have a direct integration available, an iCal link might still be possible.
Qenner
In the App Store, you'll see that multiple distribution app integrations are managed by Qenner. Qenner is the channel manager that facilitates the link between BEX PMS and the channel partner. To use these integrations, you need an agreement with Qenner.
Affiliate marketing
With affiliate marketing, you place adverts on other websites, that link back to you own website. If website visitors end up making a booking with you through such an advert, the affiliate party is rewarded. Among others, Google Hotel Ads offers affiliate marketing services to distribute your ads. The associated app ensures this service runs smoothly.
