Pool points budget for owners

In a pool system, objects gather pool points for each rented day. Owners can be given a budget to spend on reservations for themselves.

Settings in the pool itself

When the pool is created, its settings determine whether blocked periods or owner reservations will deduct points from the total of that object.

  • If blocked periods / owner reservations cost points, it may be desirable to set a point budget per owner to avoid them using a lot of points.

Points budget for owner

The points budget is determined for each owner separately, in the owner agreement.

  1. Edit the owner agreement of an owner that is part of the pool.

  2. Under the heading 'Own stay', you will see two options: 'Stay with discount' and 'Stay with pool points'.

  3. Select 'Stay with pool points', and specify a points budget for a certain period of time, for example the current calendar year.

If the owner gets to stay with a discount instead, no pool points will be deducted; regardless of the pool settings.
