Account roles to access BEX
The user role connected to your account determines what you can see and do when you log in. This applies to an employee working for a single or multi-park organization, an owner who rents out their accommodation, a contractor who performs maintenance or provides services, and someone using BEX CMS to manage the connected website.
To be able to log in, your account needs to have a role assigned.
If your account does not have a role, contact the person or business who created your account for you. Read more about login: Log in to Booking ExpertsThere is no user limit for BEX accounts
As an organization or administration manager, you can add as many different accounts as needed. Each account can also have multiple roles.
When logging in to BEX PMS, select one of your roles. You can always switch roles via your profile.
To access BEX CMS, first log in to PMS and then switch to BEX CMS via the system buttons at the very top of your screen. If you cannot access BEX CMS this way, your account does not have any user access rights for it.

A CMS user can have different levels access rights, depending on what they use the CMS for.
These accounts are created by a CMS manager.
BEX PMS backoffice employee
BEX PMS users can also have different levels access rights, depending on what rights they need to perform their work. This is determined when the employee account is created by an organization or administration manager.

If you have bought a holiday home, you have likely received an e-mail to create an owner account to access your owner portal. If you have not received this e-mail, contact the park.
