Data backups in Booking Experts

Daily backups

The backup of all your data in Booking Experts is saved to multiple physical locations. We secure and retain these backups with up-to-date measures, for the duration of the legally required retention periods (7 years for business records).

This applies to all data from the time you start working with Booking Experts, plus all historical data you may import from previously used systems. With your login credentials, you can access your data from anywhere.

Data recovery via Staging

If you have changed a setting which caused you to lose certain data that you want to get back, it is good to know that the data in your Staging environment is a day older than in your production environment.

If you access your Staging environment the same day that the data was 'lost', you can still access and copy it there, to re-introduce it into your live production environment.
