Statistics and results

View the statistics for each sent Campaigns message in your CMS to see how successful your message has been.

  1. Go to 'Messages' in the Campaigns menu, and click on the name of a sent message.

  2. The overview of statistics will show you a graph of delivery statistics, and the message details such as audience and layout for context.

  3. Go to the 'Deliveries' tab to see the delivery data per recipient.

The available statistics are total recipients, number and percentage of messages delivered, number and percentage of messages opened, and number of recipients who clicked a button/link in the message.
