Right of access to personal data

Under the GDPR, guests, bookers and owners can ask which of their personal data you store. This is the right of access. In BEX PMS, you export their personal data as CSV files and send these files to them.

Export the personal data of a guest, booker, or owner

  1. Go to Contacts and open the relevant contact.

  2. In the … (More) menu, click Personal data.

  3. In the Insight card, click the export button in each row to download the data.

  4. Send the files to the guest, for example by email.

The data per row that can be exported separately are the contact details, reservations, invoices and reviews.

Good to know

  • Are labels and notes included in the export? Yes. The export includes labels and notes of reservations, and labels and notes of the contact or owner.

  • Why can't I find Personal data for a contact or owner? The option is not available for already anonymized contacts, whose personal data is not stored anymore.
