Splitting a group booking
If a guest who is not the booker of the group booking wants a separate invoice for one of the reservations, or if one of the reservations in the group booking needs to be cancelled, you need to split off that reservation.
Open the reservation that you need to split from a group booking.
In the 'Reservation' block, click the ellipsis button and select 'Split off to separate booking'. After confirming the split, you’ll see the reservation page with a new booking number.
Now, you can cancel the reservation or check and change any (booker) data before confirming and sending the invoice.
The opposite, merging separate reservations into a group booking, is not possible.
