Managing executors and finishing todos

Todo portal: Executor loginAs an executor, you do the actual work for which a todo has been created. In the Todo portal, you can see the todos that are assigned to you or that are on your team's todo list. Start them, manage them, add details, and complete them to cross the todo's off your list.
'Urgent' notifications to executorsWhenever a todo is marked as urgent, the assigned executor will receive a message notifying them of this todo.
