Planboard legend and settings
The planboard legend explains the significance of colors, and through planboard settings you can determine what the planboard looks like for your account.
Viewing legend
Click the 'Legend' button in the black bar in the planboard screen.
It shows you what the various colors and icons mean. This may differ according to which display mode you use.
With the exception of channel colors, it is not possible to customize colors and icons in the Planboard.
Imported reservations are always shown in green, regardless of which channel the reservation was made through.
Viewing settings
Click the 'Settings' button in the black bar in the planboard screen.
These settings are specific to your PMS account.
Indicate your preferred language
Set your preferred start date, which is displayed when you open the planboard.
By default, this is a week before today, to make it easy to see the current reservations.Setting this start date to a specific date is usually done when preparing the PMS for future use, so imported and new future reservations can immediately be viewed.
Determine in what order the various objects are shown in your planboard. You can sort alphabetically by object, alphabetically by type, or grouped by type.
Only 'Grouped by type' will show you grey type headers that separate the groups, the other options are alphabetical lists without any headers in between.Check 'Show channel colors' if you want to see custom channel colors in your planboard, instead of the default colors.
If you have administration rights, you can give a channel a custom color by editing it.
