Reservations on your object
In the owner portal, the 'Reservations' tab shows the reservations placed on your object. Depending on your owner rights as set by the park, you may not be able to view this information, or only have limited details per reservation.
Accept or reject new reservations
If you as an owner have agreed with the park that all outside reservations for your object have to be accepted or rejected by you, you will receive an e-mail whenever such a reservation is made. In this e-mail, you'll find all the information you need to either accept or decline.
Note that you cannot ignore these e-mails, they must be handled in a timely manner to ensure the occupancy rate and generated revenue of your object are not unnecessarily low.
