Settlements and invoices in the owner portal
Settlements are your rental income from reservations on your object. In your overview of invoices, you'll also see this income reflected in invoices of the type 'rent settlement', in addition to other types of invoices.
Settlements
Click 'Settlements' in the green menu bar to view the settlements that have been made for your objects. If there are many settlements, use the available filter options to find the ones you want to see.
Click the total of the settlement to view its details.
Pool settlements
If your object is part of a pool, this overview will show the pool settlements. These are a little bit different to regular settlements.
Pool points
For each pool settlement, you’ll see the total points awarded in the whole pool, the max number of points for your object(s) in the pool, the points subtracted, and the final number of points you were awarded in this settlement.
Details that can be viewed for all settlements:
The date and time the settlement was made.
The status of the settlement.
The period that this settlement covers, meaning that all reservations within that period are contained in this settlement.
The object to which the settlement applies.
A history of previous settlements.
The reservations that contribute to a settlement.
Click 'view invoice' at the top to go to the associated rent settlement invoice.
Invoices
Click 'Invoices' in the green menu bar to view all invoices that apply to you. If there are many invoices, use the available filter options to find the ones you want to see.
Click the invoice number to open an individual invoice.
This list of invoices may include multiple types of invoices, depending on how the park has set up its fees and what services they supply to you as an owner. Such as: rent settlements, credit invoices, periodic invoices, utility invoices, todo invoices, etc.
Payment status and details
Open any invoice to see its details and payment status. Each individual invoice can be downloaded and/or viewed as a PDF.
