Contact Koole Controls to set up and configure your systems and Koole Controls environment before you install this integration app, otherwise the authorization will not proceed correctly.
How to install the app?
Go to the 'Available apps' index, and use the search bar to find the Koole Controls app. Click the 'Install app' button.

After saving, you’ll be redirected to a Koole Controls web page, where you will be guided through the authentication and linking of your administrations.
Application message template for sending a PIN code
During installation of the Koole app, an application message template is created. This template will be sent to your guests 6 hours before the check-in time to share the unique PIN code for access.
You can edit this template to adjust the text, personalize it, or add any other arrival information. Here you can also indicate whether this message, if possible, should be sent via SMS.
This template is only sent to confirmed reservations. If the reservation is moved to another object after the PIN code has already been sent, a new PIN code is automatically sent to the guest.
