Add block widget
On the page where you want to add the widget, click the '+' and select the widget named 'Block', in the content section.
Widget settings
Select the widget placement, and the header size and content (if you want to use a header)
Enter the URL of the page to be highlighted, and add a description if desired. Also decide whether this external page should open in a new tab or not.
Add a photo as the media item shown if desired. This photo can also have its own description. The variant determines how this photo is displayed in the block widget.
At 'Show for languages', select the languages of your website that you want to apply this widget to. Make sure that any descriptions added are also set in those languages, and of course that the URL that you are highlighting is available in those languages as well.
After setting the publication date and compatible devices, save. Preview the page where you just added the widget to see its effect.
